SHARE

SHARE is a food program.

• By the first week of a month a family purchases a "share." 
• The typical share includes approximately $30 worth of food (fresh, frozen and canned) for which the cost is $17.00. 
• In addition to paying for the share, the buyer commits to two hours of volunteer work.
• The Shares are distributed on a Saturday at the end of the month.  Many buyers make the bagging and unboxing and transporting of the foodstuffs their two hours of volunteer work.
